The Pitztal Tourist Board operates several services accessible via the Internet (hereinafter referred to as TVB Pitztal services) such as pitztal.com(www.pitztal.com), Pitztal Blog (https://blog.pitztal.com), Pitz Alpine Glacier Trail(www.pitz-alpine.at), Glacier Marathon(www.gletschermarathon.at) and Pitztal Wild Face(www.pitztal-wildface.com). With this privacy policy, the Pitztal Tourist Board would like to explain to you which personal data is processed for which purpose and in which form for TVB Pitztal services.

- To register for the Pitztal Almenbus on TVB Pitztal Services, you must provide your contact details. - To order brochures and store articles on TVB Pitztal services, it is necessary to provide your contact details. You only have to enter the fields marked in red (name, address and e-mail address).

- You have the option of subscribing to a newsletter on the TVB Pitztal services. In addition to the mandatory e-mail address, you can also optionally enter your name. If you no longer wish to receive the newsletter, you can unsubscribe using the unsubscribe option provided in all newsletters. In this case, the data provided in the course of subscribing to the newsletter will be deleted.

5th registration

Registration is generally not required for the use of TVB Pitztal services. However, after your registration on TVB Pitztal services, you will also receive access to starjack (SJack GmbH). 13. Userlike

TVB Pitztal services use a live chat of the company Userlike UG (haftungsbeschränkt), Probsteigasse 44-46, 50670 Cologne, Germany. You can use the live chat like a contact form to chat with our employees in almost real time. The following personal data is collected when you start the chat:

- Date and time of the call,
- Browser type/version,
- IP address,

Depending on the course of the conversation with our employees, further personal data may be collected in the chat and entered by you. The nature of this data depends largely on your request or the problem you describe to us.

All our employees have been and will continue to be trained in data protection and how to handle customer data securely and confidentially. All our employees are obliged to maintain confidentiality and have signed an addendum to their employee contracts to commit to maintaining confidentiality and observing data protection.

By accessing the website www.pitztal.com, the chat widget is loaded in the form of a JavaScript file from AWS Cloudfront. The chat widget technically represents the source code that is executed on your computer and enables the chat.

In addition, the Pitztal services save the history of the live chats. This serves the purpose of sparing you extensive explanations of the history of your request and for the constant quality control of our live chat offer. Processing is therefore permitted in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 letter f GDPR. If you do not wish this, you are welcome to inform us using the contact details below. Saved live chats will then be deleted by us immediately.

The storage of chat data also serves the purpose of ensuring the security of our information technology systems. This is also our legitimate interest, which is why processing is permitted under Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR.
