On the tracks of the pine. Hochzeiger Hiking experience.
It smells good, promotes relaxation and gives you a good sleep: the stone pine, also known as the „Queen of the Alps“. One of the most beautiful stone pine forests in Tyrol is on the Hochzeiger in the Pitztal. The Hochzeiger hiking area offers nature lovers over 100 kilometres marked hiking trails at four alpine levels, fun and games in the ZirbenPark with its more than 17 attractions, an adventurous ride on three wheels with the Zirbencarts and downhill bike fun from 2,500 meters on the Hochzeiger bike trails for all bikes -enthusiasts.
In summer there are three mountain railways in operation. With the gondola, the double chair lift Sechszeiger and the eight-seater chair lift Hochzeiger 2.5 it's easy to go up to 2,500 meters. Here you can make a panoramic hike from the Sechszeiger summit to the Hochzeiger summit with knee-friendly cable car support on the ascent or descent
