Partnership between the Pitztal Tourist Board and the Bundesliga club FC Augsburg
The partnership between the Pitztal tourism region and FC Augsburg is more than just a collaboration - it is an expression of friendship and passion for soccer and a love of nature. Since the start of the cooperation in 2018 , numerous exciting activities around and outside of soccer have developed.
The FCA uses the vacation region in Austria for workshops. Both the professional team and the coaching team regularly come to Pitztal for team-building activities. Sponsored ski trips with exclusive FCA partners and excursions with the FC Augsburg members' clubs are also organized. One highlight is the FCA Football School vacation camp in Pitztal, which is offered in summer for children aged six to 13.
The decision to choose the Pitztal tourism region as a partner was not made without reason in favor of the four villages of Arzl, Wenns, Jerzens and St. Leonhard. This region impresses with its untouched, natural charm and typical Tyrolean hospitality. A wide range of activities and things to do ensure that you will never get bored in the Pitztal Alps - just the thing for fans of FC Augsburg, who can travel to the region via the Fernpass!

DSLV - Your winter your sport
In order to maintain these intergenerational benefits, the various social groups must work together in alliances and partnerships.
Winter sports need close cooperation between federal, state and local politicians. With cities and regions, tourism destinations and mountain railroads. Between sports organizations, nature conservation associations, companies and initiatives.
And above all: with independent programs and projects!
