Swiss-Trac Tour: Please note that we recommend starting this route from Wenns in the direction of Arzl, as there is a steep forest section the opposite way around. Return via Regiobus shuttle bus.
Start this route in Wenns (if possible, park behind Pitztaler Hof). From there, the first kilometre is a steady uphill climb on a tarmac road in between houses. You will then reach a forest road with a central grass verge so that only the narrow tracks either side are drivable. The next kilometre continues to be a steady uphill climb, in parts through a forested area and always with beautiful views of the valley. The last part of this route is a steep downhill section where the path is, in parts, hard to navigate. You will then get back to the road where you will find the bus stop.
