Kletterpark Pitztaler Gletscher - Murmeltiersteig

Murmeltiersteig: The "Murmeltier"-variant becomes progressively more challenging and rewards you with climbing over granite. Where necessary, footholds are provided. However, you still get a lot of direct contact with the rock. This route is perfectly suitable for children from 10 years (perhaps with additional securing). Maximum level of difficulty is C on a scale from A to E. (330m length)

Enjoy a very special day at dizzy heights. XP Adventure Park in Jerzens in Tyrol offers exceptional holiday adventures. Do you dare ride on the “Flying-Eagle”, a 50 m high zip wire over a gorge? This high ropes course is ideal for individual guests, families, groups clubs, corporate days and school trips. A beautiful playground awaits our smallest guests. Watch the bold climbers at airy heights from our comfortable sunny terrace or whilst taking a walk around the beautiful grounds.

  • 2 teenager and adult ropes courses with 23 challenges, body height at least 1.3m
  • 1 Flying-Fox course “Flying Eagle” with 6 challenges over 160 m length and 50 m height difference, body height at least 1.3 m

Kletterpark Pitztaler Gletscher - Steinbocksteig

Steinbocksteig: The right "Steinbock"-route is the one for experts. The greyish and reddish rock plates are all natural without any footholds. Its modernly built fun route is perfectly integrated in splendid rock formations and mostly goes up vertically in elegant zigzag ways. The maximum level of difficulty is D+ on a scale from A to E. (330m length)

Kletterpark Pitztaler Gletscher - Gamssteig

Gamssteig: The "Gamssteig"-variant rounds off the set of possibilities within the climbing park of the "Pitztaler Gletscher". With a maximum difficulty level of D it serves as an ideal preparation for the expert route, which is easily accessible via the "Bilanzierstation". (350m length)

Kletterpark Pitztaler Gletscher - Erlebnisklettersteig

The via ferrata "Erlebnissteig" is suitable for children from 10 years and is the ideal preparation for the other three via ferratas. At the top, the family is rewarded with a view towards Tyrol's highest glacier. With the maximum difficulty level of B, this via ferrata is ideally suitable for children and makes hungry for more thanks to its natural type of construction. (220m length)

Natural toboggan run Gogles Alm - Fischteich Piller

Ideal for winter hikers. There are flat sections where the sledge has to be pulled. 
Toboggans can be rented at the Piller fishpond or at the Gogles Alm.
The return takes place at the Piller fishpond.

To make sure there is something for everyone, a three metre wide track is prepared by a snowcat, which is very ​suitable for tobogganing and should also make the descent on skis easier. So that you don't have to carry the sledge up, it can be rented on the alpine pasture (check the opening times).

Swiss-trac tour: Park directly next to the valley station of Hochzeigerbahn gondola and then take the Swiss-Trac down the road before turning right for a nice, short circular route around the lake (ca. 10 min.). It’s a loose gravel path that is accessible by Swiss-Trac.

Winter hike intermediate station - Hochzeiger Haus/Stadlerhütte - Kaitanger

Starting point for the 5.3 km winter hiking route is the Zeigerrestaurant at the intermediate station on 2,000 m.  You can reach the Hochzeiger Haus/Stalderhütte at 1,840 m within 30 minutes. Continuethe road downhill for ca. 4 km to the hamlet Kaitanger (approx. 1 hr).
