The Stone Pine exhibition

Jerzens the stone pine village amidst Kaunergrat Nature Park. Nestled in between captivating and majestic mountains, Jerzens is a quaint mountain village in the heart of the picturesque Pitztal Valley. The Stone Pine
woodlands that surround Jerzens have been a symbol of alpine magnificence for centuries. The tree acts as the first barrier to protect forests and valley against avalanches of snow and scree, is used to make furniture and carved objects and has beneficial effects on human health and wellbeing. Generations of people in the village of Jerzens have been living in peaceful coexistence and friendship with the Stone Pine - and do so today.
